Mr. Saucy is chef-prepared food for your table at home: restaurant-quality dishes, delivered chilled and never frozen, with no subscription and no meal box to cook yourself. We develop dishes that travel through French technique, Korean heat and Thai brightness, then, whenever a dish is better for it, pack components like the sauce, a garnish or herbs separately so all you do at home is heat, plate and serve. Choose your menu, pick your delivery day, and put something genuinely good on the table for a weeknight, a dinner with friends, or simply because you want a change. When do I need to order by?
Order at least 2 days in advance, before 14h. This cutoff applies across all delivery areas.
How does delivery work?
We deliver on Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Every dish is cooked fresh for the date you choose, sealed in tamperproof containers, and shipped refrigerated. Around Bruges and Knokke our own team brings it to your door; everywhere else in Belgium and Luxembourg we ship with DPD Fresh.
When exactly will it arrive?
In our local area around Bruges and Knokke you get your 30-minute window the evening before, by 18h. With DPD Fresh the window reaches you by 9h on the morning of delivery, and about 90% of those deliveries arrive between 9h and 19h.
Are these ready-to-eat meals?
Yes, and they are gastronomic ones. Our chefs cook every dish in Bruges from top-quality ingredients, in the French culinary tradition: proper stocks, proper sauces, proper technique. At home you heat, serve and sit down to it.
How long does it keep?
Every dish has its own shelf life, clearly shown on the product page. Most dishes stay fresh for 4 days after delivery. Some can be frozen for up to 3 months. Slow-cooked dishes and sauces often taste even better after a day or two as the flavors settle.
Do I just heat and serve?
Yes. Every dish arrives fully cooked. Warm it in the oven or microwave. Heating instructions are included with each dish. No cooking skills needed.
How big are the portions?
Every product page shows two photos: the plated dish and the actual packaging. What you see is what you get. No surprises at the door.
Is there a minimum order?
The minimum order is €35. Delivery is €9.50, and free on orders of €95 or more.
