Mr. Saucy is restaurant-quality food, cooked by a Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef in our own Bruges kitchen and delivered chilled to your door across Belgium and Luxembourg. You heat it, plate it, finish it with the sauce and any components we packed separately, and eat like you booked a table, on any night you like.

The chef behind every dish

Christophe Rammant, founder and chef of Mr. Saucy

Mr. Saucy is the work of Christophe Rammant, our founder and executive chef. He trained three times at Le Cordon Bleu Paris, in cuisine, in pastry, and in bread, and went on to cook in two-Michelin-star kitchens where a sauce is never "good enough" until it is exactly right.

After years abroad, including a demanding career in New York, Christophe came home to Bruges with one idea: that the food he learned to make for special occasions should not need a special occasion. He sets every menu, leads the kitchen team, and, as he puts it, signs every sauce.

A real kitchen in Bruges

Everything is cooked in our own kitchen in Bruges, not assembled from a factory line. Each dish is developed, tasted, and refined by the team before it ever reaches the shop, then cooked fresh for your chosen delivery day.

We work in small, honest batches. Heritage classics from across Europe sit next to lighter vitality dishes, seafood, and fusion plates, real cooking with restaurant technique, made to travel the last mile to your table.

What makes the food different

Three things set Mr. Saucy apart. First, restaurant technique: this is proper chef cooking, not convenience food dressed up. Second, chilled, never frozen, your meal arrives fresh in a cold chain end to end, so texture and flavour survive the journey intact. It keeps for four days in the fridge.

Third, we finish the plate at your table, not ours. The sauce is the chef's signature, and the last, best moment of a dish is when it goes on. Whenever keeping a component apart makes the plated dish better, we pack it separately, most often the sauce, sometimes a garnish or a crisp element, so you warm it, add it, and serve. That is the difference between reheating leftovers and plating a restaurant dish in your own kitchen.

How it works

1. Order ahead

Choose your dishes and a delivery day from the shop. There is no subscription, you order à la carte, whenever you like. Orders close at 14:00, two days before delivery (Monday at 14:00 for a Wednesday, for example). The minimum order is €35.

2. Chilled delivery

We cook fresh and deliver chilled, never frozen, on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Delivery is €9.50 and free on orders over €95, across all of Belgium and Luxembourg by refrigerated courier, with our own local delivery in Bruges and Knokke.

3. Heat & plate

Reheat in the microwave, on the stovetop or in the oven using the per-dish instructions. Add any sauce or components we packed separately, plate it, and serve. Dishes keep for four days in the fridge, so dinner is ready whenever you are.

Who it's for

Mr. Saucy is for anyone who loves good food but does not always have the time, the busy weeknight, the evening you would rather spend at the table than at the stove, the dinner you want to be memorable without the stress. Great food shouldn't need a reservation, a dress code, or a special occasion.

It's for hosts, too. Our multi-course menus for entertaining take you from aperitif to dessert, so you can welcome guests with a full chef's menu and still sit down with them.

The team

Christophe leads the kitchen, but he isn't alone. Clara handles customer care in Dutch, French and English. Antoon looks after partnerships and B2B, offices, hotels, events and private clients. Gaspard runs press relations in three languages. One small team, one standard.

Where we deliver across Belgium and Luxembourg

We deliver across all of Belgium and Luxembourg through a refrigerated cold chain, plus our own dedicated local delivery in and around Bruges and Knokke, including Sint-Andries, Sint-Michiels, Assebroek, Sint-Kruis, Oostkamp, Damme, Knokke-Heist and Het Zoute.

We also run a B2B traiteur arm for offices, hotels and private events, with standing weekly orders and invoicing for businesses.
