Who We Are
Mr. Saucy ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by Neural Circus BV (BE1031.508.391), Baron Ruzettelaan 264, 8310 Bruges, Belgium.
Scope
This Return Policy applies to purchases made through our online meal shop and delivery service in Belgium and Luxembourg.
No Returns or Exchanges
All Mr. Saucy meals are freshly prepared, refrigerated, and perishable. For food safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Opened or partially consumed products
- Products that have been refrigerated or frozen after delivery
EU Right of Withdrawal Exception
Under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU (as implemented in Belgian Book VI, Title 1, Chapter VI of the Economic Law Code), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. Because all our products are perishable prepared meals, this withdrawal right does not apply to your purchase.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If we deliver the wrong item(s) or omit item(s) from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You must provide photos of the outer packaging and the products still inside their packaging.
Once we confirm the issue, we will arrange delivery of the correct item(s) in a new delivery or issue a refund for the affected item(s), at your choice.
Defective or Damaged on Delivery
If any item arrives defective, damaged, or unfit for consumption, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the outer packaging and the products still inside their packaging.
We will arrange a replacement delivery of the affected item(s) or issue a refund for those item(s).
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after we confirm the issue.
