Delivery
Which days do you deliver?
We deliver on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. You choose your delivery day when you order.
What is the order cutoff?
Orders close at 14:00, two days before your delivery day. For a Wednesday delivery, order by Monday at 14:00; for a Friday, by Wednesday at 14:00; for a Saturday, by Thursday at 14:00.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across all of Belgium and Luxembourg through a refrigerated cold chain (DPD Fresh). We also run our own dedicated local delivery in and around Bruges and Knokke, including Sint-Andries, Sint-Michiels, Assebroek, Sint-Kruis, Oostkamp, Zedelgem, Damme, Knokke-Heist and Het Zoute.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is €9.50, and it is free on orders over €95. The minimum order is €35.
The food
Are the meals chilled or frozen?
Chilled, never frozen. Everything is cooked fresh in our Bruges kitchen and kept in an unbroken cold chain right to your door, so the texture and flavour of a proper restaurant dish survive the journey.
How long do the meals keep?
Your meals stay fresh for 4 days in the fridge after delivery. Keep them refrigerated and enjoy them within that window.
How do I reheat the dishes?
Reheat in the microwave, on the stovetop or in the oven. Every dish comes with its own heating instructions, so you get the best result each time.
Why are the sauces packed separately?
The sauce is the chef's signature and the best moment of a dish is when it goes on. We pack sauces separately so you finish the plate at home: warm the dish, spoon over the sauce, and serve, restaurant plating in your own kitchen.
Do you provide allergen information?
Yes. Every dish carries allergen data and nutritional information, shown on the product page so you can order with confidence.
Ordering
Do I need a subscription?
No subscription required. You order à la carte for a delivery date of your choice, whenever you like. Business customers can set up a standing weekly order if they prefer.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, the minimum order is €35. Spend over €95 and delivery is free.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. Gift cards come in any amount you choose, are valid for one year, and can be redeemed on anything in the shop. Payment is by Bancontact or credit/debit card at checkout.
Business & catering
Do you cater for offices and events?
Yes, our B2B traiteur arm handles office catering (client lunches, board meetings, team meals), hotel and hospitality partnerships, and private events and dinner parties. Businesses can set standing weekly orders and are invoiced with VAT.
