About this dish
A crisp, all-butter puff pastry base topped with a thick layer of slow-cooked caramelized onions and garlic. We fold confit cherry tomatoes into the onions to create a sweet and savory jam-like texture, finished with a layer of crumbled goat cheese that browns slightly when baked. It is savory and rich with a bright herbal note from fresh thyme. This tart is ready to eat at room temperature or can be quickly warmed in the oven for a crisper finish.
