Een rustieke, donkere olie waarin gezouten ansjovis is gesmolten in extra vierge olijfolie. Het heeft een intens, hartig umami-smaak die wordt gebalanceerd door scherpe rode wijnazijn en zachte knoflook. Hele en gehakte kappertjes zijn erdoorheen geroerd voor een zoutige, brinige pop en wat textuur tegen de gladde, rijke olie. Over Mr. Saucy

Christophe Rammant volgde opleidingen keuken, patisserie en boulangerie aan Le Cordon Bleu Paris. Hij werkte in een tweesterren-Michelin keuken en bouwde daarna twaalf jaar lang bedrijven in New York. Nu kookt hij in Brugge. Hij ontwerpt elk gerecht zelf, op een Franse basis, met smaken uit Korea, Thailand en verder.
