About this dish
A light, savory tart on a buttery puff pastry base. The zucchini ribbons are salted and pressed for a fresh crunch, layered over a creamy blend of St Moret cheese and sour cream seasoned with lime zest and a hint of Espelette pepper. Finely chopped preserved lemon adds a bright, salty citrus punch, while fresh mint and olive oil finish the dish with clean, herbal notes. Ready to serve as a quick appetizer or light lunch—just slice and enjoy at room temperature.
