Christophe Rammant volgde opleidingen keuken, patisserie en boulangerie aan Le Cordon Bleu Paris. Hij werkte in een tweesterren-Michelin keuken en bouwde daarna twaalf jaar lang bedrijven in New York. Nu kookt hij in Brugge. Hij ontwerpt elk gerecht zelf, op een Franse basis, met smaken uit Korea, Thailand en verder.

Zo werkt het: je bestelt online, ons keukenteam bereidt je gerecht vers in Brugge, en DPD Fresh levert het gekoeld in België en Luxemburg. Maaltijden aan huis met restaurantkwaliteit, bezorgd in heel België zonder kookwerk of afwas. Lokale levering in Brugge, Knokke en Damme. Kies je dag, woensdag, vrijdag of zaterdag, en bestel twee dagen vooraf voor 14:00. Thuis hoef je alleen te verwarmen en te serveren. Remove vacuum packaging. Heat in oven at 160°C for 20-25 min, stirring halfway through.

80% vermogen voor 5 minuten
Pierce 4 holes in vacuum packaging. Heat in microwave at 80% power for 5-6 min, let rest for 2-3 min, then repeat heating for 2 min.
