Christophe Rammant trained at Le Cordon Bleu Paris in cuisine, pastry and boulangerie. He cooked in a two-star Michelin kitchen, then spent twelve years building businesses in New York. Now he cooks in Bruges. He designs every dish himself, on a French foundation, pushed with flavors from Korea, Thailand and beyond.
