About this dish
Thai fishcakes made with red curry paste, and finely sliced green beans for a crisp texture. These have a bright, citrusy flavor from kaffir lime leaves and a balanced heat. Instead of a standard sweet sauce, they are paired with a savory cilantro and anchovy oil that adds a salty, herbal finish. These fishcakes are ready to eat as a snack or light main—just warm through and drizzle with the included herb oil.
